Upper Back Workouts

Upper back workouts are designed to strengthen the back muscles. It helps to improve the posture, improves the spinal stability, good mobility and prevent the back pain. Upper body workouts are the chest, back, sides, shoulder and arms. It helps to tone and strengthen the upper body muscles and overall fitness too. As a women we need to strengthen our upper body muscles to live pain free life and to lift some weights whenever needed without any dependency.

Upper body workout can done by stretching, resistance with bands or weights. 

Stretching is usually like arm circles, shoulder shrugs, side stretches, torso twist and overhead triceps stretches.
